Important Information About Flower Returns

We understand that flowers are a special product requiring careful attention. Since flowers are perishable, they are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges. However, we guarantee the quality of every arrangement and are ready to resolve any issue.

Damages and Order Issues

Inspect your bouquet immediately upon delivery. If the flowers arrived damaged, wilted, or don't match your order — contact us right away.

Email us at amomentforyoufl@gmail.com with a photo of the bouquet. We'll assess the situation and offer a solution: a replacement arrangement, refund, or other compensation.

Important: Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery. Flowers are a living product, and their condition changes over time.

What Cannot Be Returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • You simply didn't like the bouquet (subjective reasons)
  • Flowers wilted due to improper care after delivery
  • More than 24 hours have passed since delivery without contacting us
  • Sale items or gift certificates (unless there was a quality issue)

Wrong Address or Recipient Unavailable

If delivery failed due to recipient error (wrong address, nobody home, refusal to accept), no refund will be issued. We can arrange redelivery for an additional fee.

Quality Guarantee

We work only with fresh flowers and carefully inspect every arrangement before delivery. If something goes wrong — we're always here to find a solution.
